The Founder's Story:
K, the founder of Far East Jewelry, encountered and became acquainted with the local ethnic culture and craftsmanship during a leisurely journey back to her hometown. The production and wearing of traditional Miao ethnic jewelry have a history of thousands of years, and the local artisans are the guardians of this tradition. Despite the highly developed mechanized production in modern times, they still insist on handcrafting each piece of jewelry. All of this ignited K's passion for her hometown's cultural heritage and craftsmanship. Consequently, she made the resolute decision to leave behind her life and career of over 20 years in the United States, dedicating herself wholeheartedly to the promotion of her hometown's cultural heritage and the preservation and development of traditional craftsmanship.
Our Mission:
